1. Post each step of the production inspection standards are carried out to select the best measurement results of our products.

2. We duplicate material free of oxygen-containing copper in the process of plating to ensure product life span and durability.

3. The proofing and matching of shade colour will be done according to the client's wish to achieve their exact specifications satisfactorily.

4. Achievement of the copper hardness which corresponds to 200-210 Vickers hardness, while maintaining the chrome hardness around the range from 1000 to 1100 Vickers hardness can be done by following the process of hardening.

5. We have a dedicated lab that monitors this and helps to ensure that the chemicals we use in manufacturing processes are up to standard.
